Prompt response to my inquiry. What they promised to do they did exactly on time. Workers were skilled, courteous and experienced. Work was started on time, completed before the expected time and all work was without flaw. Customer service was far above most in Florida. I think you are missing something if you don't ask Solar Tech to examine and bid on your job.
Joe is wonderful. When I had issues with our System he came out diagnosed the problem. Worked with the manufacturer and got it fixed. I called once because I thought I was having another issue and we discussed it over the phone and he didn’t need to come out. I feel joe is honest and through about his work.
